Street Art Ink delivers large-scale mural art and street art skills workshops across Ireland and internationally. In Waterford, we also offer guided walking tours where you can discover the hidden gems of our city.
What We Do
There are three main pillars of work which we deliver across Ireland and further afield. The first is large-scale commissioned mural/ street art. The second is art skills workshops tailored to the needs of various groups, including schools, colleges, festivals and branding. The third pillar is our guided Maritime and Art tours which are specific to Waterford City.

Why We Do It
Street Art Ink continues the work started with New Street Gardens (2014) and Waterford Walls (2015) . We work with communities to co-design, create and develop meaningful, impactful art. We also welcome collaborations with individuals and groups to work on and develop new artistic concepts.
The latest collaborative project we are currently working on is Floating Voices, a Maritime Arts program which sees artists and scientists work with communities based along Ireland’s waterways, highlighting the potential and diversity of this natural amenity. Floating Voices has 3 strands- maritime guided & AV tours, maritime themed workshops and artist in residency programmes.

Fantastic experience working with Street Art Ink. A very professional team that provided a holistic experience for the students at Ardscoil Na Mara. Street Art Inc completed a beautiful indoor mural in a healthcare setting for a client. The brief was very exacting and Edel worked with us to ensure we achieved a mural that not only fulfilled the brief but came in on time and budget. The teams professional approach at each stage ensured the project ran smoothly. The once dull space is transformed with a beautiful large piece of original art.

Street Art Ink have given creative and diverse workshops in the school where I teach. The works combine student work with community and artists practice. The students learned new skills and techniques. They also got unique and new local knowledge from working with locals. These kind of opportunities are great for inspiring young art enthusiasts. I work here and I absolutely love it! I work in the office, I train tour guides, run workshops and site manage so I get to see all different sides of the business. What I love the most about SAI is the organisations commitment to community; so many of our projects have me working with community groups of all ages and backgrounds creating work that brings pride to their area. The team is also fab - Love spending time with them all!

You walk each street or lane and there is another piece of artwork or graffiti. I would love to spend time seeing them all. There is an app to go on a tour around to see them all. I'll do that the next time I'm in Waterford City

Very helpful and informed people here. Only open occasionally for tours or special events and of course during the festival in the late Summer. Has made a big difference to Waterford at a local level and also how we are viewed internationally. Nothing but good to say about Waterford Walls and the volunteers that make it happen!

Waterford Walls is a fantactic project and has brighted up many building & areas in the city. If you are interested in Street Art I would highly recommend the Waterford Walls walking tour, it's takes around two hours and you get the opportunity to see most of the art and learn about the artists and what they stand for. This was our second year doing the walking tour, we had the honour of been taken on the tour be Edel the Co-Founder of this project. Not only did we learn about the artists we also learnt a lot about all the hard work that goes behind the scene to make this happen. Well done to the Waterford Walls team who had the vision & to sponsors for supporting such a great project.
