The Team

Meet the team behind and leading the Floating Voices Project. Edel Tobin is the founder and project lead. Johnny Codd is the harbourmaster for Waterford City and Council has lent huge support for the project, giving the barge it’s home in the stunning location of the Quays in Waterford. Rob Mc Connell is the naval architect who has worked with Edel to design the barge to be zero carbon emissions and will manage the barge build.
